Stop. Breathe. Learn. Repeat.

We decide on a goal and we race to it.

We find a bump in the road or we don't make it to the destination in record time and we feel deflated.

Let's ask ourselves... what is the rush? We live in a society and a time where everything is a competition, nothing is private and we think we'll be judged as we aren't already where we could or should be.

We've all heard the saying - The journey is just as (if not more) important than the destination. It couldn't be more true. The journey helps us master it. It allows us to make mistakes but then do better. If we race and get there quickly, what have we learnt? Are we our best version? Do we deserve to be here over someone who has spent energy, time and has done the hard work? Regardless of your answer to these questions, the journey is where we grow. So let's embrace it and trust the process!

To be the best version of ourselves we need to stop, breathe, learn, repeat.

Until there is nothing left to learn.

That is how we win the race.
